e-Commerce — Multi-Marketplace Operations Platform
A Mexican SaaS platform that centralizes and automates e-commerce operations across marketplaces like Amazon and Mercado Libre. DevExcel designed a mobile-first platform for sales, order tracking, billing, and tax-compliant invoicing. It helps multi-marketplace sellers manage sales, billing, and compliance from one unified platform.

Problem
Sellers operating across multiple Latin American marketplaces need to manage billing profiles, tax details like RFC numbers, and invoicing separately for each platform, which is time-consuming and prone to inconsistency. Generating accurate digital invoices (facturas) tied to the right marketplace, account, and product SKUs is complex without a centralized system, making tax compliance and reporting harder to manage at scale.

Our Solution
DevExcel built a centralized platform connecting billing profiles including RFC numbers, legal names, and addresses to specific marketplace accounts like Amazon and Mercado Libre. Sellers can customize invoice behavior by product SKU, set default billing profiles, and track digital invoice availability per order, keeping compliance and reporting in the same place as sales and order management.
Developed Features

- Multi-marketplace sales and order dashboard (Amazon, Mercado Libre)
- Billing profile management with RFC, legal name, and address details
- Marketplace-linked billing profiles for accurate invoicing
- Digital invoice (factura) tracking by order and product SKU
- Light mode and dark mode mobile experience
What This Engagement Produced
Billing profiles, RFC details and factura tracking sit in the same system as orders, instead of one workflow per marketplace.
Delivered scope
Invoice behaviour is set per product SKU, so compliance rules travel with the product rather than with the person filing.
Delivered scope
Amazon and Mercado Libre sales are read from one mobile dashboard rather than two seller consoles.
Delivered scope
“Delivered scope” describes what was built and shipped, taken from our own build record. It is not a measured client result, and we do not publish it as one. Where a client has documented and confirmed a figure, it appears above as a verified result with the number attached.
