Problem
Managing rotational shift patterns across multiple sites frequently leads to roster gaps. Staffing teams typically can't see site-level coverage, deficits, or fulfillment percentages in real time, inflexible schedule builders make swaps and emergency coverage difficult, and billing becomes complex across multi-site deployments.
Our Solution
DevExcel built a multi-tenant platform letting Super Admins manage client companies, sites, roles, and shift schedules. A drag-and-drop visual calendar in weekly and monthly views lets schedulers fill open positions fast, a deficit and coverage analytics engine tracks coverage in real time, and automated billing charges accounts by assignment and tier.
