Problem
The business's operations were fragmented because it ran Shopify alongside a separate third-party subscription tool with no connection between the two. This required constant context-switching between disparate portals just to view orders, invoices, and active subscriptions.

Our Solution
DevExcel built a unified management portal that ingests and synthesizes data from both the Shopify store and the subscription platform. A merged operations dashboard consolidates invoice records, subscription plans, and catalog data into one operational interface.
Developed Features

- Unified portal combining Shopify and subscription platform data
- Merged operations dashboard for orders and invoices
- Consolidated subscription plan tracking
- Cross-platform catalog data synchronization
- Single operational interface replacing two disconnected systems
What This Engagement Produced
Two disconnected systems — the Shopify store and a separate subscription tool — were replaced by one operational interface.
Delivered scope
Orders and invoices are read from one dashboard, so reconciliation stopped being a cross-system exercise.
Delivered scope
Catalog data synchronizes across platforms rather than being maintained twice.
Delivered scope
“Delivered scope” describes what was built and shipped, taken from our own build record. It is not a measured client result, and we do not publish it as one. Where a client has documented and confirmed a figure, it appears above as a verified result with the number attached.
